This is a live and online class, streamed via Zoom straight from our studio to the comfort of your own home. So find yourself a space to lie down with a computer, grab a mat and some home weights if you have them (or just some tins would be fine!) and your teacher and class mates will meet you there.
Expect a low-impact, full-body strength workout aimed at hitting all muscle groups to tighten and tone from tip to toe. As well as using equipment like free-weights and resistance bands to intensify your workout and boost your strength, influence will be taken from Yoga and Pilates to build your epic core, control and flow. After your sweaty, mat-based workout, enjoy a deep stretch and chill out time to refresh your body and headspace and leave you feeling empowered.
