Brave Tone uses diverse exercises influenced by Yoga, Pilates & Resistance Training to build strength, mobility and flow throughout your awesome body. This mat-based class embraces the great outdoors and uses it to help clear your head and feel more grounded. Class finishes with a short guided meditation along with hands on assisted stretches and massage techniques to help you press the reset button and leave you ready for your week ahead.
As with all our classes - all fitness levels are more than welcome. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere with plenty of options to suit your body. Class numbers are kept small to ensure you get a personal experience with loads of support from Alice.
The location is half way along the bottom edge that follows Hill Avenue, opposite the entrance to Monmouth St. Please bring your own mat if possible.
