Brave Tone is a low-impact outdoor strength class designed to help you build full-body strength, mobility and connection — in a way that works with your body, not against it.
This class combines strength training with influences from Yoga and Pilates, to create a class which is fluid and in-tune with your body, whilst challenging your strength, balance and co-ordination. Movements are guided with attention to breath, posture and awareness, helping you feel not just stronger — but more connected.
On colder days, we gently layer in low-impact cardio to warm the body and boost circulation. Sessions subtly adapt with the seasons and weather, honouring the reality of training outdoors and the different energy each time of year brings.
Each class finishes with a short moment of grounding — breath awareness, stillness, or simple mindfulness — so you leave feeling steady, clear and reset for the day ahead.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with small group numbers and a chatty, supportive feel. It’s a space to build strength, yes — but also connection and community.
All levels are welcome, with options throughout to suit your body and capacity on the day.
Location: Classes take place in the beautiful Victoria Park, along the edge of the park following Hill Avenue (opposite the turning to Monmouth Street).
Please bring your own mat if possible.
