Brave Bootcamp is designed to be sociable, fun and holistic to give you maximum motivation and ability to work at whatever level suits you. Expect to work on both your cardio and strength using a diverse mix of weight training, drills and playful exercises. You'll get maximum encouragement from your teacher, who will always guide you to listen to body and give plenty of adaptions to suit your body. So grab your trainers and join us to clear your mind, strengthen your body, and leave you empowered inside and out! As with all our classes - all fitness levels are more than welcome. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere with plenty of options to suit your body. Class numbers are kept small to ensure you get a personal experience with loads of support from Alice.
Brave Bootcamp takes place outdoors in Victoria Park, Bristol. The location is half way along the bottom edge that follows Hill Avenue, opposite the entrance to Monmouth St.
