* Freestyle Vinyasa * Yin Yoga and * Therapeutic Yoga

I teach yoga tailoring it to individual clients working with these three styles in accordance with my client's needs.

My freestyle vinyasa style is inspired by but much softer than ashtanga yoga. Yin is a slow and focused practice which can open the body to much deeper levels reaching into the bones and connective tissue. A receptive practice beautiful to balance the high energy of vinyasa.

In working with clients with chronic health issues I take a therapeutic approach.

I work with the ashtanga philosophy and incorporate mindfulness techniques and reiki thereby drawing on both the buddhist and hindu origins of yoga with added reiki power. At my yoga classes in Bristol and North Somerset, you will be guided through a session of pranayama (breathing), guided meditation, a flow of yoga poses and end with a relaxation session.

All you need is yourself, comfy stretchy clothes and a yoga mat (hooded tops are not a great idea as they tend to fall over your head when hanging upside down which us yoga peeps tend to do quite a lot).
