HIIT Circuits is an awesome full body workout. Using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) you will be pushing HARD for a set time, then having an active recovery before HIITing HARD again. You will be working out on a variety of stations around the hall from cardio stations to weights stations.
HIIT is proven as one of the most effective forms of fat loss, and can carry on burning calories for hours after the workout is finished, this has to be good!
All the sessions will be varied. Doing the same old thing week in week out is not only boring, but you'll stop getting results after about 6 weeks. We keep all our session fun and effective.
