Mats, blocks & any additional tools like balls and Pilates rings provided when needed.
The classes are mixed ability with modifications to each exercise to make the class accessible to all.
Classes are kept under 15 people to ensure clients get the attention they deserve.
Work on a stronger core, relieve aches and pains, back issues in particular. Improve your strength, toning and flexibility along with better blood flow, balance, wellbeing and much much more!
This class runs in a 6 week block over 6 consecutive weeks. If you need to miss a session please contact the instructor directly - depending on space you might be able to attend a different session.
