Come and regain your core strength safely, ease post natal aches and pains and return to exercise with a postnatal Pilates trained teacher. Bring your baby (pre-crawlers) and meet other new mums. All equipment provided. You can start as soon as you have had your 6-8 week check up.
Block of 6 consecutive lessons. If you have to miss one, I do allow you to come to another session within your block time frame e.g. an evening session where I will adapt exercises for you so you can still get 6 lessons in 6 weeks
