Mixed ability Pilates suitable from beginner level as I show 2 - 3 adaptations of each exercise. I provide small equipment such as overballs, resistance bands, pilates rings and blocks to enhance and vary the experience. Friendly and unintimidating environment to come and strengthen, condition and feel better.
Bring a mat if possible.
This class runs in a 6 week block over 6 consecutive weeks. If you need to miss a session please contact the instructor directly - depending on space you might be able to attend a different session.
