Pregnancy specific Pilates with a specially trained Pilates instructor qualified in pre and post natal fitness and Pilates adaptation. Small equipment used but substitutions of everyday household items will be recommended. Per calendar month membership allows you to access 1 hour live session each week, recording of sessions for duration of membership & a library of mini sessions which include whole body mini pilates sessions or more targeted sessions such as upper back and shoulder stretches, lower back stretches, glute focused mini sessions and more.
Pregnancy classes will help with: - Stronger pelvic floor - Reduce backache - Help prevent diastasis recti - Breath control - Aid quicker post-natal recovery - Meet other mums-to-be
This membership runs per calendar month. On the very rare occasion i am not teaching (such as one week over summer or Christmas, new content will be uploaded to the membership group.
