In Mark's classes we practice asana, yoga nidra, pranayama and a little meditation. His style seeks the traditional goals of yoga – a means of stabilising the self to be able to deepen our awareness. This also means the body is aligned with itself, becoming supple, strong and clean, as well as with our higher self, helping us walk our path with more surety and connection.
