Gymfit classes are for ages 18+ and deliver a fun and energetic session.

A fitness/circuits class with an emphasis on gymnastics type strength, conditioning and stretching exercises that also incorporates trampolines and rebound equipment to improve cardiovascular fitness levels. The sessions rotate through a huge selection of exercises focusing on cardio, core, upper and lower body. You will come away from every session feeling fitter, healthier and one step closer to that gymnast’s physique.

Whether it’s your first fitness class or you’re a seasoned athlete looking for a change of routine, our sessions cater for all abilities. While the focus is primarily on developing your fitness, you will also pick up some of the basics of fitness required for gymnastics and trampolining.
