Please note that this is now an on-line class only, while the social distancing guidelines are in effect. Please contact me for a consent form, prior to booking if you haven't already filled one in. You will need weights (dumbbells or kettlebells) for some exercises. You are required to have your camera active during the class - this is for your safety so that we can check your form and technique.
AtomFit Core & Strength Boot camp is a class designed to improve you muscular strength, muscular endurance, core strength, balance and flexibility. It includes bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, free weights and resistance bands. It is suitable for all abilities and open to all genders.
