Enjoy small and friendly local yoga classes, with up to 8 students. Classes are traditional hatha yoga, 90 minutes and include breath work, poses (some flow, some still), some chanting and relaxation. We also explore yoga philosophy themes. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace, with personal variations given for a softer or more challenging practice, as needed. Atiya's aim is to share the teachings as best as she can - with warmth, inspiration and a sense of fun!
