The aim of this class isn’t to achieve the perfect pose, but to feel freely into all corners of the body and mat creating a practice that serves on a physical, emotional, and physiological level.
This class combines strong yet nourishing movements to create space for new energy to flow. As we unite breath and body in a series of static and fluid movements, the limitations of the mind fall away and an increased bodily awareness, proprioception, and balance fall into play.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Expect an invigorating and creative flow with inspiration from Qi Gong, Animal Flow, Philosophical Concepts, Breathing techniques and much more.
Anz encourages students to push past their comfort zone, be that taking the practice deeper physically, or recognising when it is time to ease off. Each human body is unique and we are reminded to honour our individual shapes and boundaries. A previous class in yoga would be handy but not necessary xx
