Hi, I’m Anna and as a physiotherapist, kinesiologist and yoga teacher I am passionate about taking a holistic approach to health.

Vinyasa is a contemporary style of yoga popular for greatly increasing physical strength, tone and flexibility. In yogic philosophy the breath and the mind originate from the same source, therefore by focusing on the breath we are given a means of beginning to control the mind. We finish with a deep relaxation, to leave you with a growing sense of tranquility, vitality and enthusiasm for life!
