As a kinesiologist, physiotherapist and yoga teacher I encourage a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing, threads of which you will find woven into all of my yoga classes. If you are having any problems with your hormones chronically or acutely me about my online kinesiology sessions.
I teach Vinyasa, a contemporary style of yoga popular for increasing physical strength, and flexibility not only of the body but also of the mind. I encourage focus on breath with the movement into and out of postures. In yogic philosophy the breath and the mind originate from the same source, therefore by focusing on the breath we are given a means of beginning to control the mind.
Whether you are new to yoga or highly experienced I look forward to sharing this practice with you.
