This is a beginner-friendly, somatic yoga class that focuses on how movement feels within rather than how it looks from the outside.
We'll use small, intentional movements and breath awareness to awaken your sensory-motor system, encouraging your muscles to relax and move more efficiently. This practice offers a safe space for self-inquiry, supporting stress reduction and helping you feel more present and grounded in your body.
Whether you’re already into yoga or someone who’s just reluctantly giving it a go for the first time, I create a space where you can show up as you are, move how you need, and maybe even surprise yourself along the way.
No need to be able to reach your toes or stand on your head.
These classes are mostly about connection. Connecting movement with breath, mind with body and us with our own selves.
