My teaching is about guiding you to become vibrantly present in your body, to learn to listen deeply and let your breath take you to mysterious places in your self.
Close your eyes and let yourself arrive home in your body in a class that is varied and intuitive and accompanied by music and words to inspire and awaken your senses. We will build strong, fluid bodies with minds that are clear and bright and anchored in the heart.
All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat or let me know if you want me to provide one for you.
