Iyengar yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. The approach is safe, accessible and is adapted to fit individual needs.
Well known for its attention to alignment, awareness and the actions within the poses, no two Iyengar yoga classes are the same. Regular practice has a profound effect on the body and mind.
Yoga classes require students to assess their own health, to agree that they are fit to participate & to ensure their own safety whilst practising. When taking part in this yoga class there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this class, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself. By attending this Iyengar yoga class you are confirming that you are in general good health & not pregnant. If you're in any doubt as to whether Iyengar yoga is suitable for you it is best to consult with your doctor first.
