Aikido is a dynamic Japanese martial art of peaceful conflict resolution. It is a complete system of mind, body and spirit training. You will learn how to relax the mind under pressure, move your whole body with integrity and use the energy of the moment to create positive outcomes to conflict situations.
All of which you can apply in the relationships of your daily life.
These classes are aimed at beginners and lower levels to practise the fundamentals of aikido and build confidence in moving the body safely and dynamically.
