Aikido is a dynamic Japanese martial art of peaceful conflict resolution. It is a complete system of mind, body and spirit training. You will learn how much more powerful you are when the body is relaxed and centred and how to use the energy of your opponent to create positive outcomes effortlessly.
Aikido practise breaks down tension that comes from spending too much time in our heads, and leaves you feeling relaxed and energised. You can also use aikido principles to create positive outcomes in all the relationships of your daily life.
These classes are a safe space for beginners to practise the fundamentals of aikido and build confidence in moving the body safely and dynamically.
