Beth has been practising yoga for over 7 years, and completed her 200hr teacher training in early 2019. Beth has spent time training in India and her teaching is very much rooted in the ancient and traditional philosophy of yoga, whilst also being applicable and accessible to all. Beth brings a warm and inclusive environment to her classes, and wishes to inspire and empower students within their practice. Beth's training includes Iyengar methods of adjusting and alignment, which means she actively encourages students to find different variations of postures and utilise props to meet their own needs.
