Open for all levels, no experience needed!
Pilates is a great way to build both core and overall body strength whilst improving flexibility. This class will focus on balancing the body, helping with posture whilst also improving general fitness and wellbeing. The classes will start at a beginner level with variations and progressions offered for the more experienced. Mats and blocks are provided but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
You will leave feeling relaxed, calm and also worked out!
This class is not suitable for anyone pregnant.
