These classes are open to everyone and are designed to give a well rounded work out that will help improve all round strength and cardio fitness. Kettlebells have an inherent focus on Posterior chain(i.e, back of the thighs, bum and low back) and upper body strength for shoulder stability. I am also personally working towards competing in kettlebell sports, if you are interested in competition i will be able to help.
