For complete beginners and improver aerialists who would like to to build strength, flexibility and confidence in the air. Learn the foundations of trapeze, hoop, rope, silks and give yourself a good workout. Including classic circus poses, creative exploration, simple sequences, stretching and strengthening excercise.
Led by professional aerial artist Ziggy Slingsby. The classes are fun, friendly, creative and beautifully held. You can expect a very good warm to prepare you for the air, to learn new skills, explore existing knowledge, develop your own style and enjoy a good stretch or massage at the end of class.

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothing that covers the backs of your knees, stomach and lower back. Two layers on legs for rope and a long sleeve top you can put on for some activities.
