Pilates strengthens, lengthens, balances and helps rejuvenate your body. It is the perfect compliment to any other activity or sport or as a sole form of exercise.
My Pilates classes are suitable for mixed ability- although I may recommend complete beginners have 1:1 sessions until they feel confident to join the class. Options will always be given to ensure each and every class participant benefits from and enjoys each session!
Ideal for pre/rehabilitation- my Pilates training focused on rehabilitation exercises and my many years of experience, also as a personal trainer means I have a thorough understanding of the body and what to look out for.
Pre and post natal ladies welcome as well as those who are currently pregnant, we will have a good chat first to discuss suitability.
I love working with adults of all ages and my clients range between age 18-86!
