We provide online personal training platform where we are streaming Core training videos weekly. Luckily in Bristol we can provide these online course in our Group Personal Training sessions. We are also combining our great Core training programme with QuickFit. QuickFit is a 30 min long HIIT session ( High Intensity Interval training)
Every visitor will receive top level coaching about how to move and work out better. We deliver personalised gym and home training plans to our clients, everything what we do is Group Personal Training so numbers are limited!
