Our sessions are designed to use fat for energy by significantly raising your resting metabolic rate. This powers the body to burn calories for up to 12 hours! Within weeks, you will lose stomach fat and tone the whole body.
We prioritise technique (over rep repetitions) which enables our clients to avoid injury.
We have two session options.
30 min ‘QuickFit’ Tabata HIIT training 60 min ‘4 Core Fitness® strength training’
Our varied workout combinations benefit all levels of fitness. Although, these sessions are tough and we recommend beginners start with 30 min ‘QuickFit’ Tabata HIIT training.
Sessions start simultaneously. We begin with a warm-up focused on loosening and mobilising muscles. Your trainer will then outline all exercises within the session.
All exercises are bodyweight based. However, if you would like to integrate any weights or home workout tools into the sessions, we will assist you!
