As this is a small class with maximum eight students, it is a great way into yoga if you are new to it. Also a friendly space for seasoned yogis, with modifications to dive deeper into the postures.
We explore postures that create space in the body, with some core strengthening sequences and a relaxation at the end. With focus on breath and awareness on grounding, we aim to also release tension in the mind. You will leave feeling calmer, more relaxed and centered.
This is a studio at a private residence and once Nina has confirmed your booking, she will be in touch via email with the address. Mats, bolsters, blocks and belts provided but you are welcome to bring your own favourites.
