Time to de-stress, stretch out, switch off and re-energise, building strength and flexibility in both body and mind.
This one hour slow flow yoga class is suitable for all levels. You will be guided to move mindfully and in time with your breath. This will include a floor based warm up before being led through more traditional yoga poses, adding an element of flow to build a little heat and energy. This accessible practice has a strong focus on listening to your own body to build strength and ends with a guided relaxation.
All levels are welcome.
