Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can also be used as a martial art. The soft, fluid, graceful movements are surprisingly effective for improving posture, flexibility, strength & balance. The body becomes soft on the outside, but hard like steel on the inside. Tai Chi is also an effective method of relaxation & stress control. This style of Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and people of all abilities.
All our classes are held at our training hall, which is designed in a traditional manner to provide an authentic training experience. It is a clean & safe environment to train in, but is a world away from the gleaming chrome & mirrors of the modern gym.
