Barre classes are growing in popularity due to their ability to sculpt long, lean muscles, with minimum impact on the joints. Be prepared to shake and sweat, but rest assured that all movements are performed at a controlled pace, with an emphasis on safety and correct alignment.
As well as being a group fitness instructor, Beth is also a personal trainer, PBT instructor, and recreational ballet dancer. Rather than working under a Barre franchise, she creates her own choreography using elements of classical ballet, aerobics, and traditional strength training. This means you will be guaranteed a completely unique experience.
Classes are held in clean, airy dance studios in the heart of Seven Dials and are kept to a maximum of 10 participants. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, with a mix of regular and drop-in clients.
