Shay is a qualified 500H RYT. She trained with The Yoga People in Rocket, Ashtanga, Mandala Vinyasa, and Yin (and she loves teaching beginners).
She is passionate about helping people find comfort and ease in their own bodies while having a few laughs and tumbles in the process.
Shay encourages her students to challenge themselves with an open mind and compassion to their own limits. She believes that the sacred does not need to be serious, and a good sense of humour does wonders on the mat and in life.
