DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA:
Dynamic vinyasa flow links postures together, flowing with the breath. Building stamina, strength and flexibility, whilst maintaining heat in the body.
A typical class will start with sun salutations, and then move through a standing sequence, some seated poses before floor work and the final relaxation. Heat is maintained by a `vinyasa` or half a sun salutation in between sets of poses.
Every class includes physical postures, breath work, meditation and relaxation.
An open-level class, the use of modifications means that this class is suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis.
My classes are accessible yet challenging, have a creative approach to sequencing and always feature a gentle soundtrack to complement your experience. I am fascinated by the transformation and personal growth that is possible through alignment and awareness.
All equipment is provided (mat, belt, bolster, block, etc) - just bring yourself!
