An all over body workout split between Cardio and Resistance training. Following the MyZone, smash through the zones with your team on the Cardio and break up into pairs to complete the floor circuit. On the floor you’ll focus on your form and just give your absolute max in an AMRAP style, consisting of 5 different stations, therefore 5 different exercises. You’ll do 3 rounds of Cardio and 3 Rounds on the floor in total, alternating between the 2. Be prepared to burn some serious calories and leave feeling awesomely pumped!!
