A dynamic & conscious 60 minute practice.
We combine the fluidity of vinyasa, with periods of holding āsanas for more extended lengths. The dynamic & fluid practices will heat the body and build strength, endurance & flexibility. The restorative postures will help relax the muscles, tissues and nervous system encouraging a release of deeply held tension while replenishing energy.
The practice is physically strong - but we work with the body intelligently, progressively, integrating movement with breath, creating an energising & nourishing balance for body & mind.
