A dynamic (& mindful) 60 minute practice.
What makes this practice different in amongst the vast offering in our yoga community?
The class takes the form of a modern postural yoga practice, integrating movement with breath and emphasis on mindful awareness, learning how to develop a deeply contemplative experience.
The practice is physically challenging - but we work with the body intelligently, progressively. I sometimes use hands on assists to bring integrity and safety to alignment.
My ’style’ of teaching was developed with the Sangyé Yoga School, but constantly influenced by my love & practice with Ashtanga, Jivamukti & Vajrasati methods / schools.
Whilst I’d advise beginners to get in touch with me first, this class is open to anyone just starting yoga or curious and open to building a strong discipline.
