A slower-paced class designed to release tension, improve mobility and help you reconnect with your body through gentle, mindful movement. Using small massage balls, we'll explore areas of tension and restriction throughout the body, applying gentle pressure to the muscles and fascia to encourage relaxation and greater ease of movement. We'll take our time, working with sensation rather than pushing through it, and exploring where the body might be holding on. Expect a combination of self-massage, mobility work, stretching and mindful movement. Suitable for all levels, this is a nourishing class for anyone feeling tight, tired or simply in need of a little more space in their body.
