The Pilates method is an excellent way to improve posture, increase flexibility and build strength in a gentle, controlled way. Intermediate classes are suitable for clients who already have experience of the method and who have attended Pilates classes previously, all ages from 16+ welcome, all equipment is included. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and socks. Classes are not suitable for pregnant clients.
Unfortunately this class is not suitable for clients who have not completed a beginners Pilates course or clients with an injury, please see my class on Monday morning for beginners level sessions.
