All of our classes are carefully planned to maximise fat loss whilst toning muscles and increasing fitness. There is no military theme to our classes, we believe in keeping fit and having fun. So although it is a tough workout we like to enjoy it too and will always support the people less fit as well as those that need an extra challenge.
Our fitness classes are the fastest and most effective way to get fit, lose unwanted body fat and be healthy. Train with experienced and motivational instructors that will help you achieve your goals. We believe in training hard and having fun, so we use a mixture of circuit training, conditioning and drill work to maximise fat burning with some fun stuff thrown in.
