This class combines boxercise with a functional conditioning circuit class.
Within the hour you will get to have fun hitting pads as well as performing conditioning exercises with kettlebells, battle ropes, weighted balls and your body weight.
It is designed for all abilities and all exercises can be modified for beginners.
