What to expect: SPACE’s first 6:30am class is a mix of Yoga and Qi Gong. Inspired by John’s background in Ashtanga-Vinyasa and mentorship with teacher and master yogi, Simon Borg-Oliver, in this moving meditation you will end up in traditional postures after moving gracefully through what we understand as Qi Gong. The class is mostly demonstrated throughout with John offering clear visual cues and vocal instruction to help you leave the trappings of the mind and really get into your body.
