A boutique style workout that combines two elements that our members love, Strength & Cardio.Unlike our other classes there will be two distinct halvesThe first half, focuses on Strength. We will use Dumbbells & go through 3 distinct resistance based rounds, making sure you work from head to toe i.e. Upper Body, Core, Legs.The second half will be a high octane sprint to the finish line - This form of training is known as 'Tabata' - High energy body-weight exercises, that will get your heart-rate pumping & torch the calories - 20 Secs of hard & fast activity, 10 seconds rest, 8 exercises x4 Rounds.------We Live-streaming all our classes via Zoom.You will be sent a link to join the class 5-15minutes before the class starts.
