A boutique-style class accompanied by motivating tunes. Combines Cardio, Strength & Boxfit, this class will test your strength, stamina & willpower.You will work through 3 different zones:Cardio e.g. High knees, Jump squats, Speed SkatersStrength e.g. Dumbbell Rows, Tricep Extensions, Bicep CurlsBoxfit e.g. Shadow Boxing, Knee Strikes (No contact for obvious reasons!)Format – 45 Minutes including warm up & stretch – 1 minute per zone x3 rounds & then change exercisesNo equipment needed, we’ve got it all for you. Unless you’re doing from home where you’ll need a Dumbbell or weight substitute
