Strong is a 50-minute total body group workout @ SEAGYM Brighton.
Designed for intermediate & advanced fitness levels, your experienced instructor will guide you through challenging & fun exercises, targeting your glutes, back, chest & more. Using a TRX suspension trainer, the class includes a dynamic warm-up, followed by strength & conditioning exercises, high-intensity intervals, & plyometric drills. Your instructor will provide modifications and progressions to help you push your limits! You’ll finish with a 10 minute stretch to promote recovery & reduce the risk of injuries.
