Summer Warrior is a 50-minute total body group workout @ SEAGYM Brighton.
Designed for all fitness levels, your experienced instructor will guide you through challenging & fun exercises, targeting your glutes, back, chest & more.
Using a TRX suspension trainer, the class includes a dynamic warm-up, strength & conditioning exercises, & some cardio, all at a relatively gentle pace with a banging soundtrack. You’ll finish with a 10 minute stretch to improve flexibility and reduce injuries.
