Core & Stretch is a 50-minute core group workout @ SEAGYM Brighton.
Providing you can plank for 15 seconds, you are good to go! Your experienced instructor will guide you through a series of challenging core exercises including planks, pikes, oblique twists, & more all to a banging soundtrack. This is a core class like no other!
Using a TRX suspension trainer, the class includes a dynamic warm-up, followed by 35 minutes of hard-core exercises, all on the floor to chilled electronic tunes. You’ll finish with a 20 minute yoga inspired stretch, promoting flexibility & reducing general aches & pains. Short on time? Check out our Express class that runs at the same time, all the energy, half the time!
