This is a 50 minute group running class @ SEAGYM Brighton.
This is a heavyweight strength class using traditional equipment such as olympic bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, and plates. Don't worry, we'll adapt the class to all levels. You’ll finish with a 10 minute stretch to promote recovery & reduce the risk of injuries.
