BOX: HIIT is a 50 minute group boxing workout @ SEAGYM Brighton.
Designed for all levels with modifications & progressions to help push you to your limits! Your experienced instructor will guide you through a series of partner pad & glove work, drills, bodyweight exercises and a good dose of cardio, targeting every muscle in your body. The class finishes with 10 minutes of cool down & deep stretching promoting flexibility, while reducing the chance of injury.
