Dynamic Pilates - A full body workout, focusing on strengthening and lengthening through the body. A mix of traditional and dynamic Pilates exercises to improve strength, stability, flexibility and posture. Technique will be thoroughly explained, with individual adjustments to ensure you are progressing in your practice. This is a a more challenging class than an all levels class but Cat will give options to take it at your own pace.We finish class with a stretch to nourish the muscles and optimize flexibility.
