We all experience stress in our lives and sometimes it can feel completely overwhelming. Whether it is day-to-day stresses or you suffer from anxiety, Yoga can be an amazing tool.
This class will focus on specific aspects of Yoga that can help to manage feelings of stress and anxiety with the intention to give you "homework" every week that you can take beyond the mat and into your every day life.
We will explore breathing techniques, yoga movement and flow, meditation, guided relaxations and Yoga Nidra throughout the class. The class will give you time to switch off and calm down your nervous system so you can leave feeling rested and more grounded.
Each class will be followed up with an exercise shared on Facebook that you can try that week allowing you can take the benefits of Yoga into your daily life.
This class is suitable for everyone including complete beginners. We will move our bodies and work through a Vinyasa flow style sequence each week but there will be options suitable for whatever you need that day.
